Overview

vet-meeting-summaries is an automated vetting engine for inbound sales teams. Each morning it reads the shared “Summary Bucket” Google Doc (one tab per rep), finds new meeting entries, evaluates them against BANT plus a pre/during/post-meeting checklist, and posts short coaching-style feedback as threaded replies in the team’s daily reminder thread on Slack.

It’s designed to run as a scheduled task (weekdays 9 AM), but works on demand too — “vet meeting summaries”, “cek summary meeting”.

How It Vets

Each summary is scored on:

• BANT — budget mentioned, decision-maker identified, pain point explicit, timeline given
• Pre-meeting — prep done, clear goal, attendees known
• During — strong discovery questions, objections addressed, next step agreed
• Post-meeting — narrative captured, action items with owners, follow-up scheduled

Feedback per meeting is capped at ~1,200 characters with at most 2–3 gaps, 2–3 strengths, and a one-line next action — a format dialed in after real rep feedback (“dizzy reading all your feedback”). Genuinely excellent summaries get an appreciation-only reply.

A 7-day dedupe scan across all prior reminder threads guarantees no meeting gets coached twice; when in doubt it skips rather than repeats.

Setup

The operator configures four things: the Summary Bucket doc fileId, the Slack channel ID, the reminder phrases to match, and tool access (Google Drive read + Slack read/write). For scheduled runs, a cron like 0 9 * * 1-5 (Asia/Jakarta) invoking the skill is all it takes.

How to Access

Download the vet-meeting-summaries.skill package from the shared Drive folder and import it into Claude Skills. Connect Google Drive and Slack first.
