## Overview

mom-kick-off builds a clean, brand-consistent Minutes of Meeting document for Qiscus kick-off meetings. It fills the official Qiscus MoM Kick Off template — branded header image, 6-row info table, Meetings Summaries grouped by topic, and PM approval block — with your project's content, and outputs a ready-to-share `.docx`.

Paste raw notes or chat-style discussion points ("rapikan notes kick off", "jadiin minutes") and the skill restructures them — it never invents content, only reorganizes what was actually said.

## What It Asks For

Five mandatory items, always confirmed before generating:

1. **Client & project name**
2. **Attendees** — client side and Qiscus side (role tags like `(PM)` encouraged)
3. **Kick-off deck link** — rendered as a clickable hyperlink (`TBD` if not ready)
4. **Meeting recording link** — optional; `TBD` if not available yet
5. **Discussion details** — grouped by topic (Project Overview, Timeline, Scope, Action Items...), each with sub-points

Meeting date, place, topic, and PM name are auto-filled with sensible defaults you can override.
