Overview
kick-off-deck assembles a styled .pptx kick-off deck for Qiscus customer-implementation projects. It reuses the official Qiscus title slide, Project Change Control slide, and closing slide verbatim from a bundled template, then inserts the project-specific content in between — interviewed from you step by step.
Brand decisions are locked in from real deck iterations: Playfair Display headers in Qiscus green, Inter body text, the #ENABLINGCONVERSATIONS mark on every content slide, and a consistent role-color system for team cards.

How It Works
- The skill interviews you (via structured questions) for team, objective, scope, and flow assets
- For the timeline, it invokes the timeline-creator skill first, then renders the schedule as a native Gantt slide
- A builder script turns the assembled JSON config into the final
.pptx - Key slides are visually QA’d before the deck is handed back
